Terms:

1. Blejmarc cannot be held responsible for delays in obtaining the necessary approvalrequired from a Landowners or Property Management Agency.

2. Timelines given are estimates. Blejmarc cannot be held to exact dates. Possible reasonsfor installation delays (but not limited to) are: (a) Landowner’s consent approval, (b) Stock availability, (c)Adverse weather conditions, (d) Difficult/Complicated Installations.

3. The CPE (Client Premises Equipment) is to be supplied by the Client.

4. Blejmarc may charge an additional fee, should another High Site hop be required.

5. Blejmarc shall render a service to the client and all equipment shall remain the propertyof Blejmarc.

6. The installation and activation fees are prescribed by the last-mile provider, not Blejmarc

7. All packages for FTTH are for residential signups only. Businesses, unfortunately, cannot sign up for thesepackages.

8. Although we endeavor to keep our coverage data as accurate as possible, we are reliant on the mapsprovided to us by our last-mile partners, which may sometimes have slight inaccuracies.

9. Payments are to be made, in Advance.

10. Free Installation Cancellation Policy - Should you cancel your Fibre less than 6 months from installation, or your account falls into arrears, you will be charged a cancellation fee of R1200.

11. The installation fee includes cabling up to 30 meters. If your installation requires additional cabling, a sitesurvey will be done, after which you will receive a quote from the applicable last-mile provider. Should youchoose to proceed, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred. The additional cabling is directlypayable to the applicable last-mile provider.

12. Installation lead times are a guide based on averages and will vary. Line activation and connection timesneed to be added for full turnaround estimation.
