Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Equivalent in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • CCNP/ MS certified AZ500

Duties:

  • Ability to work independently and meet day-to-day activities
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and maintaining documentation
  • Adaptability to overcome environmental changes and identify solutions
  • Commitment to personal growth and development
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills
  • Ability to digest information and take action through Kaseya and ConnectWise
  • Network troubleshooting
  • VoIP troubleshooting and installation
  • Windows workstation, application support, printers, and PC onboarding/offboarding
  • Answering the phone, resolving calls, both for end users and our clients back office (MS Cloud, Servers on Prem)
  • Networking/ Firewalls (SonicWALL, FortiGate)
  • Windows server support and management, Active directory users and computers
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Advanced PC troubleshooting skills

Working hours:


10AM - 7PM

  • Answering the phone, resolving calls, both for end users and our clients' back office (MS Cloud, Servers on Prem)
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and maintaining documentation
  • Adaptability to overcome environmental changes and identify solutions
  • Commitment to personal growth and development
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills
  • Ability to digest information and take action through Kaseya and ConnectWise
  • Network troubleshooting
  • VoIP troubleshooting and installation

  • Basic PC troubleshooting skills

There would be 2 different shifts as per below:

4:00PM - 1:00AM

Desktop Support Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • MCSE certified

Duties:

  • Ability to work independently and meet day-to-day activities
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and maintaining documentation
  • Adaptability to overcome environmental changes and identify solutions
  • Commitment to personal growth and development
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills
  • Ability to digest information and take action through Kaseya and ConnectWise
  • Network troubleshooting
  • VoIP troubleshooting and installation
  • Windows workstation, application support, printers, and PC onboarding/offboarding
  • Windows server AD and MS Cloud tools Azure, M365
  • Security email management, Defender incident and alert management
  • Scripting and automation using PowerShell for basic tasks
  • Desktop support (primarily Windows, with one Mac)
  • Basic SonicWALL support
  • Emergency after-hours support if a VIP calls

Working hours:

8AM - 13PM
